What IS This Place?

Out of My Mind: A Head Full of Monsters
is a blog and growing community

and we are here to talk about Mental Health Issues;

They are real. They exist, and

We want to talk about It.
We want everyone to talk about it!

There are a broad range
of disorders and conditions that
can - and do - affect
the
human psyche.

These conditions make

"everyday" activities extremely difficult.
They turn social situations, even with our loved ones,
into little
nightmares, and some days
getting out of bed isn't a chore.

It's impossible.

We require
patience, support and understanding -

from ourselves as well as those around us.

These three things
are the
ONLY things that matter

So if you're suffering, know someone who is,
or know someone who needs
a litle more information, to help them understand.

Eliminating the negative stigma surrounding
"The Conversation"

Out of My Mind:
A Head Full of Monsters'

project managerowner and site operator  ||

Bipolar, Autism, Depression and Anxiety have all played a huge part in my life. I have experienced them first hand, and seen people I know and dearly love all be affected by these, and other, mental health issues.

The negative stigmas surrounding these difficult, life-changing conditions are harmful to those who are
already suffering

>> Only WE  can help to change that <<

Yes, some days are difficult.

But these people are capable of beautiful things.

They love fiercely. They feel deeply.
They know what helps, and what doesn't,
when their own loved ones are feeling terrible, too.

Which is exactly why I'm Doing This

{and why #OOMMAHFOM is here.}
